PQ Mental Fitness Bootcamp: SOLD OUT

Service Description

Over the course of six weeks, clients will explore their Judge (saboteur), learn tools to shift that negative inner dialog, and move into a space of wisdom (sage). This interactive online course includes weekly group sessions, home "play" to strengthen the mind, and two half-hour individual coaching sessions with Alayna, who is an ICF master certified life coach and a PQ coach. This program is based on the best-selling book and training program: Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine.

Cancelation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule, 24 HOURS BEFORE your appointment or you may incur a cancellation charge. "No-shows" are not refundable. Online courses are not refundable but if requested 48 HOURS BEFORE the start of the course, a credit will be issued for a future course or a private session to be used within 90 days. Emergencies do occur occasionally and Infinite Potential for You will do its best to accommodate your situation, should that be necessary.
